Steve is the founder of The Steve Snider Team, a 5-person team with CORE in New York City, which averages $40M in annual sales. 
Beyond the realm of traditional real estate, Steve has an extensive background in managing and mentoring agents to grow their personal brands. Steve’s business has been built on referrals and genuine relationships, which speaks directly to the loyalty and trust that he establishes with people.  His natural business acumen carries over to help clients and agents better understand the market. Team building is paramount to his business model and he has an extensive background of helping build teams and partnerships. 

Steve is an avid philanthropist and is committed and concerned about local equity problems and global poverty issues. He has been able to parlay his interests and life experiences into various charity and non-profit endeavor in Mozambique and other African countries that created over 100,000 sustainable jobs. Steve also developed an African based non-profit called AfricaWorks, which focuses on sustainable business initiatives across 5 countries.
