About Seth Kaufman

Seth is dedicated to the idea that success in real estate originates from relationships, built on the strength of experience and knowledge of the industry.  Throughout his career of 22 years, he has developed invaluable working relationships earning respect from his peers.  Seth is able to pass his expertise onto the agents of One Sotheby’s International Realty, offering professional guidance to navigate the complex decisions involved in the ever-changing real estate market.

Seth started his career in real estate in 1997 working with International Sales Group selling out consecutive projects. He quickly jumped to Sales Management.  In 2000, alongside his identical twin brother and uncle, Jerry Kaufman, an icon in the industry, they started Global Marketing Group, an organization that provided sales and marketing services for real estate developers and builders. Among his past successes in Development Sales are Renaissance on the Ocean in Hollywood, Sunset Harbour, Royal Palm, Tides, Breakwater and Edison in South Beach, Regatta in Bay Harbor, The Atrium and Peninsula in Aventura, Highland Beach Club in Boca Raton, Ocean Place in Ft. Lauderdale, Carlisle on the Ocean in Surfside, The Blue at Doral and Regalia in Sunny Isles.  Seth has managed/sold 1200+ units totaling over $600 million throughout his career in development sales.

In 2007, Seth became the Managing Broker for Turnberry International Realty, managing the daily operations of three offices and over 100 residential and commercial sales agents.  He increased total gross sales, exceeding $150 million per year. In mid 2017, Turnberry International Realty was acquired by One Sotheby’s International Realty. Seth stayed on as Managing Broker and his scope of management increased adding an additional 200 agents and 3 offices. He currently oversees 500M worth of sales volume annually. Seth is a certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach with the John Maxwell Organization.  Professional associations include the National Association of Realtors, Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches and Aventura Marketing Council.  Seth graduated in 1996 from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. He lives with his wife and daughter in Cooper City, Florida.
