Upon entering the main house, guests are greeted by a foyer that leads into the living room featuring high vaulted ceilings and an eclectic arrangement of sofas and chairs with a stunning blue ocean backdrop. Just beyond the large bi-folding French doors, there is an oversized covered patio finished with Corallina stone floors, with comfortable lounge furniture, and a twelve-seater table for al fresco dining. This space is perfect for enjoying uninterrupted ocean views and watching the fiery sunsets at the end of the day. The TV den and dining space are located on the Eastern wing, off the living room. The Eastern wing also features a galley kitchen, perfect for a private chef to prepare delicious meals.

The primary suite is located on the Western wing of the main level, featuring incredible ocean views behind the same bi-folding French doors that lead out to the covered patio. The suite offers a canopy king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom complete with soaking tub, shower, and a double-sink vanity with marble countertops. The primary suite also features over-sized his and her walk-in closets.

The lower level features four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, all with fantastic ocean views. Each bedroom has two queen-size beds and access to a covered verandah with direct access to the beach. The pool is located on the south side of the main house and is centered between the house and guest cottages.

The saltbox guest house, inspired by Harbour Island's very own 1700s Loyalist cottage-style architecture, features two bedrooms and one bathroom, with an outdoor shower and ocean view living space and kitchenette. One of the bedrooms features a bunk bed and is perfect for small children. The second guest cottage features one bedroom and one bathroom.

The gym, sauna, and cold plunge are all located in the third cottage, situated amongst the lush tropical landscaping. The gym is fully equipped with cardio equipment, squat rack, and free weights so guests can stay active while on holiday.

There is a staff apartment above the two-car garage at the very front of the property with two full-time staff offering daily housekeeping and assistance with various equipment and water toys including two e-foils, two paddle boards, a sea bob and more. Other features include fibre optic broadband internet and Starlink satellite for ease of doing business, a four-door Jeep and four-seater golf cart, as well as bicycles for guests to enjoy.
